- 1/8 ripe peach diced
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Peach Habanero Jam
- 1 1/2 oz rye bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- crushed ice
Muddle the mint leaves in glass until aromatic, add peaches and jam and muddle more. Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice. Pour bourbon and lemon juice over. Stir and enjoy!
