Serves 8
- 16 oz apple juice
- 4 tsp Raven's Original Mulling Spice mix
- Star Anise
- 12 ounces Bourbon
- Combine apple juice and mulling spices. Stir well to combine.
- Pour mixture into an 8 compartment 2” ice cube tray, dividing evenly. '
- Add star anise to the top of each compartment.
- Freeze until firm.
- To make one cocktail: Add one apple spiced ice cube to an old fashioned glass. Top with 1.5 ounces of your favorite bourbon. Sip and enjoy!
