Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced Granny Smith Apples
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar plus 1 tsp. (reserved)

1/4 cup Raven's Nest Mulling Spice

1/4 cup flour

2 TBLS butter

2 Rolled Pie Crusts

1 egg

2 TBLS water

Mix apple slices and lemon juice.

Stir together sugar, flour, mulling spice and add with the apples.

Pour into pie crust and dot with butter.

Top with lattice strips.

Mix egg and water and brush over the top of the pie, spring with a teaspoon of sugar.

Bake Pie at 425 for 35 minutes, cover half way through with foil to prevent top from over browning.
